    the hotel location was ideal and easy in an area which is the centre of the night movida. what's more, it was near the bay, beach, bars, beautiful restaurants and hard rock cafe, marks and spencer food, planet hollywood, haagen daz. got the same brand-new and tastefully decorated premium room on lower floors booked online, loved that.

    A suite with a surprise cinema

    Our Premium Sea View Suite was fine. The terrace with a jacuzzi became an unexpected outdoor cinema. The staff were always attentive and cheerful.

    There were some minor maintenance issues, including a slow draining sink in the bathroom. The room service took longer than expected during peak hours, disappointing.

    The superior room with a balcony and fine sea view provided us with ample space and comfort. The staff were really good, especially at the front desk, where we received a warm welcome. The breakfast options were plentiful, with everything from fresh fruits to hot dishes, ensuring there was something for everyone.

    Very nice breakfast buffet was a highlight .

    Our room's hot tub malfunctioned multiple times and required repairs, quite frustrating. The sliding doors rattled due to poor maintenance, disrupting our sleep. There was a loud group of young guests, made the pool area uncomfortable.

    Wonderful relaxing venue with amazing location close enough to bus stop which also served as hop on hop off bus stop, the local beach and all the bars and clubs and nice hot breakfast. Air conditioned, spotless room, balcony overlooking sea. Exceptional views all around. Simply no complaints whatsoever, unforgettable stay.
